Upgrade from 2 to 3 loses over 300 items

In my DL2 library I have 1085 items. I had seen issues in reviews regarding items not migrating, but had hoped the problem was either exagerated or resolved. Be very careful about upgrading to the latest version as losing items still happens when upgrading. I now have 739 items in my library after upgrading, with it indicating I have only 38 books, when in fact I know I have almost 200. In addition it shows items loaned out to people that were in fact returned and checked back in. I’m very disgusted with this upgrad as I do not want to have to go back through all of the items I’ve catalogued to get what is missing added back in. I may be asking for a refund on the purchase I just made.

Update: It took over 2 weeks before support responded to my issue of lost items. Their suggestions have not worked. This is turning into a lot of trial and error attempts to get the data imported properly and a lot of time I don’t have to spare.
