Very Disappointed
I thought this app would be the answer to my hopes. I am 68 and disabled and really need to prepare a list of my books. Initially, I had to fight with MoV to honour their warranty. That too a while as their initial positon was that they did not sell the scanner to me so they did not haveto do anything. Like GM saying they do not have to honour their warranty because you bought your car from a dealership, not directly from GM. Finally they sent a replacement scanner. This morning, I cheerfully started to scan our collection and it worked just as promised. This afternoon, with new batteries just in case, attemts to scan books in were impossible - the scanner would link to my laptop, be paired, then a small cylinder would appear on the Bluetooth screen, the scanner would blink and sent out the red light, but nothing further would happen. The voice did not announce the book, the book would not be added to the prior listings. I seem to have an app that does not work and a scanner which may served some other purpose, heaven only knows. I have just written to Delicious Monster and shall report of any developments, but it appears that over $130 was spend on an app that refusesto work...
