iTunes Library Display Useless

The display of iTunes libraries is completely useless. I am running the latest version of El Capitan, have the latest iTunes version, set up normally. Yet, Delicious Library 3 will not display artwork properly, mistakes apps and books for albums and hangs repeatedly when trying to update artwork. It is completely useless. Adding movies and albums one at a time from your personal library works OK except that a number of scans repeatedly produce the wrong item, sometimes a movie for an album or the wrong album or nothing. Also, support warns you they may not respond to your concerns if it takes up their time since they don’t have the billions in resources Apple has. Apparently the money I paid for this app did not include support for their badly executed app.
